Hi, if anyone is interested I have found what causes this sound, it is the air resonating down the air reservoir when you fire, the solution is to insert 2 pieces of tube at 1/3 intervals inside the air reservoir these disrupt the air wave, it is called DE-PINGING, below is a link to the forum topic....clever lads. http://www.marauderairrifle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=2223 -
Hi all, I have recently bought a Brocock Concept .177........nice gun...well made...nice colour and finish. However, when I fire it it sounds like a springer, it isn't muzzle noise it seems to be coming from the action it's a twang just like a springer, one shot and all the targets run for cover and that's no good is it. Has anyone else found this with this gun, if so are there any mods that can be done, I think I saw some guy doing some internal mod to cure this but it was before I owned one and didn't take much notice and can't find it again. Help Please. John

Hi, does anyone know how to adjust the trigger on a single shot, please. Done it now, they are a bit flimsey the first stage one won't move at all but the second stage went OK.

Very nice gun in excellent condition inside and out. £500 A few very slight, very feint marks on the stock, the barrels are spotless inside and the bluing is perfect, it works perfectly with no problems. It comes with hard case and 5 chokes + key. Will consider PART EX for 12g O/U or Air rifle with cash my way. SOLD SOLD

Hi, I have just started to renovate an Over and Under 12g....................... I have blued the action block, trigger guard etc of a Greener GP with very good results using Birchwood Casey Super Blue. However, I have not blued anything a big as a barrel let alone o/u barrels with a rib, the bluing on the barrels is actually quite good except at the muzzle end where it's been leaned against a wall etc many times, so it needs rebluing at the muzzle end at least. I may have a go at bluing just the muzzle end first but I think it will be difficult to get a match, so has anyone tackled re-bl

Hi, I am after picking your brains, I have seen a very nice wildfowler 12g with 3" chambers, barrels 32", chokes...full-full, the add says High gun or Wildfowler, I am considering taking up wildfowling but would this gun be ok for pigeon etc. john
