    Well I'll suck’um and see. You can get a small test box of like 50-100 for next to nothing I'll try them out and see if they work well for me or not. I hope they do for that lovely kill zone chair gun predicts, but I can see windage being an issue with such a light pellet and I'm near the west coast so tend to have a breeze all year around coming of the river Taw/Torridge. I'll make sure to use them outside to get a fair test and keep you posted on my findings. Just a quick query don't .177 pellets have windage issues then being lighter than 10 grains most of the time? Why would this .22 1

    Just sent an e-mail to BSA UK asking for some tech help on weather this sight is also rated to be used on a spring air rifle as I understand it It's not an uncommon practise these days to for them to make all scopes rated to be used on both. It has a PX adj. min range of 7.5 yards which seem over kill for a 22LR so hoping it might be compatible for air rifle use... just the 22LR drop turret will be next to useless LOL... well might be able to learn to use it for .22 pellet with some trail and error as long as my springer won’t tear the scope apart LOL.

    Hi have a brand new not used BSA Sweet 22 3-9x40 scope w/ PX adj. For sale or swap. Sale price of £70 inc. PnP, normal sale price of £90-£100 exc PnP. To swap I'm looking for a air rifle scope of same specs; so 3-9x40 with PX adj. if possible but not a must, Mil Dot and/or Illuminated would be nice but again not a must.

    I assume if I do have issues it'll be with keeping accuracy it won’t damage the scope in anyway? As I rather just sell it on or swap if so.

    Hi guys I need a bit of advice on a scope I've just purchased. I've just recently got a AA TX200 HC, the scope I had was a nasty Tasco scope and I couldn't seem to get it to zero for more than a few shots, so I hit the net looking for a nice second hand Parallax Adj. 3-9 scope. I found a Sweet 22 by BSA. Now if you know this scope you'll know it's for a live firing .22 not and .22 air rifle. Rooky mistake I should have research it a little deeper, rather than just looking at the £ of a new one. Am I right in saying that fire arm scope are not designed to be used on a .22 spring air rif

    I was thinking of trying these out in my AA TX200 HC. Have you tried them in you TX200? Using chair gun the kill zone (1 inch kz) of about 10-40 yards zeroed in at 35yrds. Being so light they have a kill zone comparable to a .177 very flat trajectory compared to most .22 pellets, that’s why I'm so keen to try them.

    Call me crazy, as the advice seem to be unanimous across the net ‘do not use a bi-pods on springer due to recoil’ and born out of hard learned experience I assume... now I'm sure I'm missing something but don’t British marine snipers use bi-pod on their .338 Lapua Magnum which are going to kick a hell of a lot more than any .22 12 flb air rifle springer. These guys make most of our shooting skills look like an inept 7 year old. So why is the kick of a springer going to make the use of a bi-pod bad when the real pro’s use them on guns which will kick much more? I just don't follow the logic
