We have a female technician, you'll be surprised how many client actually ask for her! Had a few blokes smirk when she gets out to do a wasp nest! But it's usually them blokes who are scared witless of them.
And you've never seen a van kept so well organised!

Santander most companies will get on to the £7.50 per month account and that's it!

I have been to loads of country fairs, bbq's etc and not hardly seen a wasp at all!
Not round food or bins.

I have had a fair few call backs using Ficam W,
We always state that the treatment can take 14 to 21 days to kill all live stages and that we do not retreat within 21 days.
I read somewhere that it can take 48 hours for a flea to die after coming into contact with a treated surface that had dried.
Some people just expect to much from us!

If I think an IGR is required for chronic infestations then I will go in with Cimetrol but rarely use anything other than wg250

Don't be put off when people say "I'm just looking for a price" and when you tell them your price they don't take the bait, as you will be surprised how many other these calls are local competitors trying to get info about your.
I even went to the trouble of putting my competitors numbers into my mobile and you'd be surprised how many times it said *** pest control as the caller id and when I answered they we pretending to be a potential client!
When that happened I just said, Sorry we are unable to take on anymore job work as we are currently to busy, try Rentokil! lol

Always use K-Othrine WG250 I find it works great.
I started to get some call backs using Ficam W but not used it for a while now.
Cimetrol is also pretty good but pricey again

I find NGO or BACS is much more well known by country folk, So if as mentioned above you are looking for new perms then id go down this route.
If you are into your clay shooting then the CPSA is the one you want, as you can get your grading and enter registered comps etc.

Black Gold 28g 8's or Hull Sovereign 28g 8's for me

I use Black Gold 28g 8's which are absolutely awesome! However I ran out the other day after having far to many goes on a pool shoot!
A friend I went with sold me 250 Express Power Red 27g 7.5's they still travel 1500 fps and only cost £160 per 1000! Whereas the black gold are about £250 or more.
I have also heard good things about the eley super fast cartridges again around the £150 per 1000 mark

It's got to the point I have almost forgot what a wasp looks like!

Wasps had a slow but early start for us, then June and July were pretty busy and now its starting to tail off.
Seeing a lot of Queens and Drones leaving the nests too, so think that's the 2014 wasp nest season pretty much wrapped up!
I have never had so many Rat or Mole jobs in the summer as we do this year!
I think this year will thin out a lot of the cowboy wasp only type folk out! Seen them treating nest for £10 trying to compete against each other.

Just brought the Winchester SX3 12 Shot signature auto, I have been a long standing Beretta 303 and Extrema 2 9 shot fan. However having seen and tested the SX3 at the CLA, I brought one onlt cost £1025 brand new with a really good quality lockable full length ABS case and trigger lock.
I shot 348 pigeons on some wheat stubble Friday with only 1 miss fire, not a single fault with the gun.
If anyone is looking for a high capacity 12G, check one out!

I like using Black Gold and long range killing power is awesome! I don't think there is a better shell on the market.
I did however shoot well with the Power Reds and yes they are £100 per 1000 cheaper but I only shoot about 500 a month so for the extra £50 a month Id rather use Black Gold.
If I don't waste money on cartridges it will only be wasted on something else shooting related that I probably don't need lol
