    I know their diet depends on a number of factors including like the weight of the bird. The weather. How much flying has been done lately. The condition of the bird. The temperament of the bird.

    where does this question come from as it seems strange ,i can understand a queation as in what does a bird eat day to day but asking about a perticular bird seems more odd.read ,read and read and when u get someone to help you out ask them as many questions as u can.thats why ur better going ur local club and making friends there ,u might have to go for a few month running before someone take u serious as people wont just take u one the first time as there are alot of messers coming into the sports ,i personally wont and not in a bad away just i want to know there serious about the sports and

    If you looking to start falconry up i would get some books. i am a newbie my self but i have learnt all what i know from books and the internet go to your nearest libraiy and look for a book on training birds of prey that is the 1st thing i did.

    looking to get a bird end off next year the next meeting is the 1st i will get them book you said and get round the farms been on more forum i only found this one this week im not going to rush in to.

    hi thanks for your post i will let you know how a get on as i go along 1st thing for me is to try and get a mentor you got and good books or dvd i sould have a look at as i wont to keep at this and not just give up

    sorry they must of deleted it his bird would not come to him because it wonted to hunt some think bigger then eat bits out his hand because it was unded wight so he had to bring his wight back up ??

    been reading book got some more on the way. Been looking for a mentor emailed a man from a club by me and no look. Think i mite have to learn on my way the way it is going.

    150 pound to have a day out with some birds is a lot off money when you think about the things you can buy for your bird i will get in touch with the club but for the day i think i will give it a miss for now must be some one at there that dont mind a halping hand

    thanks so its not just me what thinks that then i am on here to look for some one i can tag along with and get some hands on i was looking it to getting a bird at the end of next year some time but if i can get out there and get all the hands on and info i need i my get one sooner

    i am trying to get a mentor be for i think about getting a bird i have no bird or land but i would go out asking for land nearer as there a two farms i just to go shooting on i know they would not mind at all i am 24 years old

    Hi just like to say hi and tell you what i am looking for and what bird. 1st of all i have been doing me research reading books and talking on forums. I have some knowledge but you can naver have a enough.The bird what i would have to get when i am ready for one would be a harris hawk i am hoping that i could get a mentor off this site or just to tag along with or help i am from shropshire
