  1. Hello Jo Long, originally from the Cynon Valley botttom of, the bitch is from a lad called soapy, family still there brother works a couple of terriers and a lurcher. i left there about 23 yrs ago!
  2. Hello all, As you will notice i don't usually post on the site I am one of those that likes to see what other folk are up to and enjoy the information passed between fellow field sportsmen. But I think I have couple of lines that warrant an entry so here goes.   6. As you can see new to this! I'm canvassing opinion on the subject of the best means of introducing my 18 month old russel bitch, to earth quarry! Spoken to a number of individuals, with some common methods! However having read this forum for a number of months now there seems to be great deal of 'working days' experience out there, so here goes nothing!! She is a goer on the normal rabbit and rat, in fact anything that moves to be fair (I'v had 2 pigeon and a squirrel with her!)   7. Hello All! Brand new to this and a little nervous! The name is Chris and I am currently introducing an 8 month old Russel bitch to the business she has been bred for. Rats and rabbits are in the main the quarry, however squirrels, cats and my son's hamster have also been given a close call by her. Back in the fold after being unable to work terriers for a number of years due to work commitments and really enjoying my time with the bitch!
