It's good for consumption. It's only a skin "disease", so the meat is just fine. That was a meat culling though

I thought I might share an experience with you lads, from a roedeer stalk a month ago in Croatia. A friend of mine, who's a president of one of the hunters association in northern part of Croatia, invited me for a doe culling. Well, to make a long story short, it was a windy and cold morning, just after the sunrise we left our car at one spot and slowly started to stalk. Not so far away, there was a herd of roedeer on a meadow minding their own business. Slowly, using a small and thick forest as a concealment, we managed to get really close, to about 50-60 meters. The wind was in our favor.

Well I paid 1.700€ for it and I can't ask more than I got it for. The scope is in PERFECT condition, no scratches or anything. When you pay so much money for it, then you take GOOD care of it. I don't know why you guys are so scared. Then again, you might have been screwed before. I'd even go for payment by PayPal, where you as a buyer are protected from this kind of things. If you've been robbed, open up a case against me and you'll get your money back. I really have no reason to screw around. As you said, I don't know how a fellow shooter or hunter could rob another shooter or hunter. T

I will, but it doesn't make much sense to eBay it now, when I can't have it with me within next two weeks. This way I can offer it, but I can delay the business until I lay my hands on it. Once when the eBay auction is over, the buyer wants it shipped the same second.

Because I work out of my country, so depends when somebody wants to buy it, I will ship it from where I am at that time. Could be Austria or Germany. I wouldn't send it from Croatia, because you might have to pay import fees, duty, VAT or whatever. Austria and Germany are EU, so no additional charges apply. Unless somebody insists on that

Thank you all. The hare population is different from area to area, but there's not so many of them as it used to be before. Rabbits can be found as well, especially on some of the Islands.

Hi everybody, I registered on this forum a while ago, but didn't post anything, just been reading mostly about fox and roedeer hunting. As I advertised 2 scopes in the classifieds I thought that it's kind of rude and unpolite not to introdice myself. As the topic says, I'm from Croatia, but working abroad for a while now. When I'm at home, I use every opportunity to go hunting. I love stalking for roe, fallow and red deer. During the winter I go for wild boar driven hunts. I'm not a big fan of bird and rabbit hunting, even though I have an O&U shotgun, so I don't participate in that

What do you mean? Seems too cheap? I don't get it. I had it mounted on my Steyr SSG, now I got a new rifle and I have S&B on it. Would have kept this Kahles if it was a MZ.
