  2. Carnt tell with this lot if it's serious or not, lol. But if you are in hospital, then get well soon mate.

Instead of all of this cloak and dagger stuff leaving folks wondering....Si had an operation yesterday to have a brain tumour removed.

It just goes to show what a top bloke Simoman is as no-one would have realised by the stiff upper lip and good humour he has still shown on here whilst his eyesight faded and he must have been absolutely 'shitting a brick'. Then to top it all off, as if it was not bad enough, his partner Liz (yes his partner is a female) was admitted two days before his surgery with an emergency ruptured appendix, leaving Si the added stress of getting someone to look after kids and dogs.

    God bless them both.x.

  4. i didnt realise rspca could just come and take your dogs on a first visit to your house ..we had to report someone for cruelty to a horse we sold to them and took ages and lots of visits before they took action in a real cruelty case..seems they just make their own rules!

  8. ive been looking up the milbemax wormer, apparently it massive in austrailian greyhound racing and kills all worms dead!!

it tackles wormes that drontal or panacur wont.check it out.

when i lived in ireland the vets always gave me milbemax ..over here they seem to favour drontal..i just get a generic version online...as for threads original question ..if you know your dogs still got worms maybe your not getting them all in their cycle ..ive had new dogs with worms and worm them then do them again in 2 weeks or so to catch any eggs that may have hatched to new worms that may have been left behind.

  9. you get so many different days windy days when scent dont stick days when they stay on in cover then loose it when out..its worth all those days when you get a great day and they stay on and work it well and the sound ..some people hunted (pre ban) to see foxes etc or for how many can kill but for me its always been watchin the hounds work a scent ..facinates me and great adrenaline rush on good day..really enjoying this thread and hope to learn few things
