hi all,on saturday i went ferreting with my Dad and grandad. I took both of my ferrets and all the gear to a place we know. we went to lots of warrens most of them we had nothing but one i had two rabbits and i got to kill them. then i went to another place that i went to last week end and bolted two rabbits from holes i couldnt net. i did not need to use my new ferret finder and spend time digging so i had a smashing time but the fields were wet so i had soking wet and cold feet but i survived it. i sold my spare nets and my one coller and i will be buying a pair of wellies and a fold up spa

Hi all, This morning i went ferreting with my Dad and Grandad to a place called sevenoaks. We went along the hedgerows and tried the first warren we came to but nothing. The second we bolted two rabbits but were unable to net the holes they used as was too overgrown. My ferret was starting too get the hang of it now i think she had relised what it was all about. The third we had nothing again but on the last place we tried me and jess had our first kill. should i go ferreting before or after i feed my ferrets.

:thumbs:Hi my name is ryan im 11 years old, i have 2 ferrets one hob one jill. for christmas my mum and Dad have got me a long net and 20 purse nets, just need to find a cheap ferret finder and will be ready to go. Have already learnt alot from this site, and looking forward to sharing my days out on here too.
