  3. My custom hand built ash stock is on its final stages, and I was going to mount the working parts from my Remington but have decided to try and build my own!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone got any advive on where to get the parts? Searched the internet and not had much luck. And so far the cheapest solution I can find is buy a cheap SMK and use the parts from that. 4. 3 more days till removals come! Then I'm on the look for new hunting ground!!!

  5. Except for the use of a drill once, This has all been done by hand (saw, chissels and files). I'm just sanding the life out of it at the moment and think I'm going to ask for some professional help with preping it for mounting the working parts. Hope you all like
  6. As soon as I get it home I prep it and put them in cold salt water for 24hrs, that takes the after taste out you sometimes get with rabbit, then if I want to store the meat it's in fresh water on boil for 2 an half hrs, meat will fall off, cover in olive oil and it will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks! Fresher is best but the long soak in salt water is defo worth it. That's what the top chefs do! Havnt had bunny curry? Looks like that's what for dinner! LOL
  7. works night out last night, my head hurts
