Some have knowledge and are happy to advise, some claim to have knowledge and try to advise, some will diss you for asking and don't want to help their fellow hunting men. Looks like you've had a mixed response but it's easy to sort the wheat from the chaff and ignore the negative elements. Sounds like you are doing ok to me, mate.     i didnt say police will be informed or out but if people keep gettin banned and coming back to harrass people they can be ( i dont own or run this site so dont know how it works ) thats all im saying hold up so you have never got a dog for a hobby u love and fancied moving up to the next step by using a dog? i take it u know all they is to know?? i dont care who u are u could of been shooting / running dogs all your life and would NEVER kjnow everything they is to know about them its a learning sport and everyday has new things! so no one will know everything about it. and

    hi i have just got a lurcher its aprox 5-6month old im wondering how to train it as i have never trained one before for hunting etc.. ita a colliexgrey/bull i was told its been locked in a kennel up a farm all its life till i got it 2 days ago so far iv learnt it to walk off lead beside me and if it walks in frount i say back and it does as told still wont answer to its name tho it hears things when out n about but doesnt really go after things ( i know dont let them run till there ov age as lungs can get damaged or something i was told ) i just dont want to go out with l
