Carp will always let u know where they are if you watch and listen so try to locate them I know the lake is huge but try to cover as much ground as poss travel lite fish on the bottom and try surface also prebait a few areas regular be patient and you should stast seeing results hope this some help to you good look
Have clutch set right keep in contact with fish and you should hav no probs i presume you havnt been using barbless for long hav confidence in them and you will soon get used to them tight lines
