I'm pretty shocked myself that more people haven't jumped at the chance of hunting some new land. I bet most lads are out down the local boozer or town getting drunk as a skunk.

Both my dogs are bitches. Wouldn't mind breeding them both with a nice tall 27inch + Wheaton greyhound broken coated. Then keep one pup from each litter and breeding them 2 to create my perfect dog. Breeding takes a lot of time , money and patience so this idea is only staying as a thought haha

Anyone from Nottingham fancy coming onto my permission and help me control the rabbit population. Must have your own lurcher and lamp. Own transport would be more suitable but I can pick you up if you cover the cost of the diesel.

I have two Lurchers. One Saluki X Greyhound & one Kelpi/Colli/Greyhound X Original Norfolk type long haired Lurcher. I'm considering getting another lurcher but can't decided on what type of lurcher so to give me an idea what is your favorite breed of lurcher ?

I just ordered a lamping kit n its came with 2 filters. I haven't a clue what the filters are used for. Could someone please tell me what the difference's are with hunting with a red filter and a yellow filter on there lamps. Or even is they any difference. Thanks!

Iv not took her out to specifically chase hare's, they've just popped out wile we been out walking. I was thinking if I dont let her chase them she might not chase them when she older? Or am i completely wrong here? Cheers.

What you mean f**k it up mate? It's my 1st dog iv owned and want to make her a good dog so asking questions so iv got the knowledge. Surely you had your 1st dog one and didnt know as much then as you do now?

Iv just moved to Co.Limerick in Ireland and have a 22 week old saluki x greyhound. My dog as chased 3 hare's since being here while being out on walks with her. I been told with her being so young I should wait till she at least a year old because it might make her think she can't catch them so no point in chasing them? I bought her so I can hunt rabbits with her. Could anyone who knows how to train dogs good what there opinions are on this as it's my 1st dog. Thanks.

Just recently bought a saluki x greyhound pup (9 weeks old) At night time im keeping her locked in the kitchen but all she seems to do is cry. Can anyone please give me some advise on how to stop her crying???

one of the lads i work with said the Weihrauch HW100K. is a beautiful gun, good enginering etc but its pretty heavy., i like the loook of the Air Arms s510.

Hey mate, cheers for the welcoming. It's an Hatsan mod ( I think ) paid £180 for it brand new from the shop but spent £280 all together on scope and silencer n carry case etc. Iv had 6 pidgeons with it so far. If i get into it properly and can get enough places to go shooting Iv got around £1,000 to spend on a pcp. Any idea's for the best pcp mate? you got many rifles your self?

Does anyone know of any clubs in or around the area, or does anyone have a bit of land they shoot on and dont mind a slight novice coming along? I've asked permission from a local chap who was very helpful and told me he would get back to me. I'm now just trying to meet up with some experienced people to chat to and get advice off.
