  1. Keto and carnivore is proven to be better for endurance athletes but carbs all day for strength athletes.Ive used keto(and intermittent fasting)when cutting weight for some years with great success but eat carbs when on strength blocks of training.Prolonged keto diet and hard training will increase your cortisol levels and adrenal stress which will cause your sleep to suffer.Carbs will reduce cortisol levels.Do what suits you at a given time eg have a bowl of oats before bed if your sleep has been poor  whilst on keto etc.

  2. I`ve used intermittent fasting for several years now when wanting to get lean. I`ve done the 16/8(16hours fasting,8hour eating window), 20/4 and the one meal a day. They all work IF .................................... YOU ARE IN A CALORIFIC DEFECIT. Having a better understanding of the calories you consume will help you. I still use scales to weigh my food when dieting so I know exactly how many calories I`m consuming. eg my breakfast is 100g oats(370cals),water,25g whey protein(90cals) and 10g peanut butter(60 cals) so TOTAL 520 calories.Do that with all your meals and after a while you can plan ahead easier.Remember hidden calories eg milk, sugar etc in your tea, coffee, ketchup etc. Good luck.

  3. They need to be stored pointed end down and turned daily until placed in the incubator.Once in the incubator they need to be turned 3(some say 5) times a day for 18 days(chicken eggs) and then not turned for the last three days before hatching. Tip- Mark the eggs with pencil, eg x on one side and a number on the other(eg the order you collected them etc so you know which is which if some don`t hatch etc). This will help you when turning them etc ie all x pointing up and all numbers  up the next turn. Some say don`t use eggs over 7 days old but I hatched 2 batches recently which had some 14 day old eggs and had 100% hatch rate. I don`t use a homemade incubator but if the temperature and humidity is spot on then it can be successful.

I don’t use any social media just this site. Do they have a contact number? Thanks

I can`t see a phone number but if you look on their Facebook page you can see the variety they have. A friend of yours on facebook could message them for you to get their phone number if there is something you like.

  5. The older you get the less tolerant you become of negative, toxic people.I have deliberately distanced myself from these people over the last couple of years and feel much better. Negative, toxic people will bring you down if you let them.

  7. There`s some decent Chinese LED lamps about.Cheap, light and a good beam.I tend to use mine all the time whilst my expensive, heavy lamps and lithium battery remain on the shelf. The one I have will give me a good couple of hours lamping on one charge.I have had mine 2 years and only cost about £30 and it has never let me down.I was quite surprised how good it was for the price to be honest.

I'd be happy paying a couple of quid. It will of cost me more to get the prescription at 17.86 than ordering the tablets from vets UK at Thirsk lol

It wouldn`t be cost effective for a private company to provide the service for a couple of quid I don`t think. eg secretary answering your call, writing the information down, getting a qualified vet to examine the information and write a prescription.Printing the prescription for you etc. Also the vet would be liable if he or she had been negligent ie given your animal a wrong prescription etc. Not having a go mate but these days nobody does anything for f... all or they`d be out of business.
