  1. No problem, they are hansome lurchers indeed! Did that one jump that gate in one go!? al
  2. I'm waiting to get a 1st cross beddy whippet bitch, after losing my whippet/collie x saluki/grey R.I.P lost last month. As far as I've heard it seems people cross beddy with sighthounds generally but mainly greyhound or whippet. I'm no expert though. I'm interested in why people might go for pure beddys over the crosses too. al here's my previous bitch
  3. Thankx for that, Mainly rabbiting, but I like the look of this kind of lurcher, with the broken coat, as my previous lurcher felt the cold and had to wear a jacket most of the year! - a bit of a wimp in fact but a smashing dog all the same. Where are the pups you mentioned and what are the parents?
  4. nice markings! be nice to see more pics. ..I'm still looking for a bedlington x whippet pup. Anyone hear, please let me know, (down south)
  5. I've just lost my whippet/collie X saluki/greyhound and am considering getting a Bedlington x whippet. Can anyone offer any advice, on reputable breeders they might know and would they agree that this kind of Lurcher is probably better than getting a pure bedlington? This was my previous dog of 16 years.
