    i have never heard of needing a licence just to shoot birds like pigeons, crows and maggpies with an air gun i thought u could kill any animal with an air gun that was named as pest if you had a reason to. although i did know you needed written permission from the land owner/tenant.

    i have lots of pigeons on the land were i shoot but at about 60 yard they see me and fly for cover how can i bait them in to about 30-40 yard so i can cleanly kill them ive tried food eg bread and seed

    were should i shoot pigeons they poo all over my roof but apart from head and neck shots were can i shoot them to make a clean kill. thanks to all who reply
