In the last few months I’ve experienced lots of lag and often signal issues whilst watching the screen on my iPhone.
I usually have a roof mounted turn & tilt remote control unit mounted with Rh 50 that i connect to my iPhone in my shooting truck.
I’ve been having this issue for a while..just wondering what’s causing it..I must admit seems more prevalent in the colder months! -

Charity Giveaway free from me almost ..Impact GSX200 .22 calibre
This is the next generation of Theoben rifles that included Reg/Quick fill/Gauge/Fill nipple, R/h stock with additional adj cheek piece,Adj Butt plate, additional bipod rail underneath,Scalloped block,Angled bolt handle,400 cc buddy bottle,16 in screw-cut barrel fitted with silencer,Mk4 match grade fully adj trigger, dovetail rail, theoben 12 shot .22 cal mag, most paperwork.
It’s is in better than excellent condition,No cut out to stock, bipod stud has been removed and made good, odd minor light marks most to the woodwork, anti Temper still intact as far as i can see.
I’ve NEVER used it,running around 11.5 ft with no issues.
These are hard to find and not many about…also in my opinion are what Theobens should have evolved to as these now negate the need to take off bottle to fill or check the remaining air.
I’m more than happy if it helps ..in handing over along the route from W/London to Warwickshire.
All funds will be sent to my Charity Sane by me.
Also available elsewhere
It looks like a deals done!

All funds were sent to Sane on the 5th

Im not fully used to this particular Thermal scope yet..i keep forgetting to press the record button!
Anyways set up in my usual position approximately 70 Yds..i know I’m old school..can’t get on with this metres malarkey!
We earlier had McDonald’s BigMac meals so i grabbed/salvaged some of the leftovers, positioned them in my ambush point and waited ..40 mins later in from the right came the heat signal and clear picture of a large Charlie ambling over to investigate the lovely smell of BigMac & Fries!
I always set up the thermal scope via Bluetooth to my phone which is a lot easier than swinging the empty un-cocked rifle about.hence as soon as the fox comes into view I’ve only got about 20 seconds to put on my ear defenders, cock the bolt down into the Tikka .223,take my glasses off..then remember to press the record button and finally get ready to take the shot.
Got the 1st Charlie..boiler house shot ..instant lights out,go out and set him out as a decoy near the grub.
After about an hour and half in comes Charlie no 2 coming from the front about 119 Yds and looking and movingly gingerly very focused/purposely on to a free meal and his friend almost tucking away.
This time i remembered to turn on the record button the moment i saw the heat signal.
Waited a few seconds for him to come with in my kill zone and another clean shot..the main things..i remembered to get it all on record and both the Charlie’s had no idea any one was even there!
P.S I’m only able to put a picture up of an earlier foray of 3 foxes on here..as i can’t upload video of yesterday’s outing. -
Here’s the video of Little owl vs Vole/mouse tussle caught by me whilst foxing at night.
Thanks to BigAl for sorting it.

Here’s another outing..
Fox no 4 was hasitant initially..but couldn’t resist the free meal his comrades were enjoying.
He came came back a bit later an joined them!
Thanks to Big Al for sorting out this video again -
I’ve tried to put it up again..this does work on another forum.
Don’t click on link..but click download and Not play..once you can see the blue arrow in your taskbar.
Once fully downloaded just click on Download blue arrow and it should give options ..click on download and it should play!

Xc90 v discovery which one is better for reliability?
in General Talk
Posted · Edited by maxtich
I’ve had the old Isuzu Bighorn..really a Trooper 3.1 T/D Auto that I imported in from Japan in 2007 with just under 30K miles.
It was totally reliable until the dreaded ulez came in.
Had to sell and got a Landcruiser invicible T/D and have had no issues whatsoever..pulls like a train.
