i have a few times and never had much luck but then on the other hand i have seen fishing reports with pic's of the local anglers with some fine double figure fish coming out of it.

i have recently switched my 1 year old springer over to raw.
i deice up heart, cows and sheep and also have cow tongue and an odd bit of liver and she absolutely loves it also she is a different dog now far more energy.

hi there, i just thought i would bring your attention to an add on facebook giving away free frozen meat.
below is the add:
Dog owners, I have a big sack full of frozen minced lamb in 454g bags and also frozen liver chunks which are worth easily over £50.
My 2 won't touch them and they have had to make way in the freezer for things they will eat...
So if anyone wants a free sack full of food for their dog then let me know tonight ideally or tomorrow mid day at the latest otherwise it will just have to be binned.
It is all from Durham Animal Feeds (http://www.daf-petfood.co.uk/4-daf-frozen-dog-foods?p=2) so you can see what your getting for free.
I'm in Newcastle and should be in all of tonight and tomorrow so just message me if you want to come and pick it up.

feed her nothing for 24 hrs, make sure she has plenty of water at all times though, her perspective may alter slightly in that time. With barf, you dont need to feed anywhere neear the volume that you do with dried complete food.

You say she is fussy: do you have other dogs which could be putting her off her food? Even if they aren't right near her, it can sometimes put young dogs off eating in their presence.
no other dogs in the house, yard or near us.

i have a 1 year old springer bitch and boy is she fussy about her food.
anyway i had her on that bakers puppy food for a bit untill she stopped eating it then on to the yellow pedigree bags of dog food then same story she slowly seems to take a dislike to it so now after numerous different dog foods and covered with gravey, oxo and all the sauses to try and coax her into eating it i finally have her on pedro gold after reading on here about it and she has now come to the stage where she does not want it !!
having looked online i am seriously considering barf for her as she never has any problems with raw meet at any time.
i have read plenty online about it and it looks like a great option. i found this site online but delivery costs a bit:
has any of you on here had any dealings with them, what is the food like ?
also does any of you know of any suppliers of barf more local, i am from donegal/leitrim ?
also just wondering how long 20lb of barf would last the dog ?

hi guys
just been reading about spearfishing and i need some things clearing up for me....
i know its legal to spearfish in coastal waters around the uk, but does that mean you can just turn up at any beach with your gear and just swim out and start hunting? i wouldnt just turn up at a busy beach and crack on but i cant seem to find where the law states you can do it? as in '' do you have to be a certain distance away from crowded beach'' or something like that, where is the best places to go?
any advice would be great
