Sadly over the last week or two there’s been a great decline in birds visiting the feeders including the robin who use to visit the veg patch , can only think that avian flu has struck
Sadly i have not seen any Kingfishers on the near river to me,on my walk i know of 4 nesting sites on the river bank one at least 8yrs old.Black headed gulls and Canada geese dead near me also on the news loads of dead birds being washed up on different coasts maybe wind turbines to blame with birds flying into them,so sad oh adult hedgehog in our garden first one for many years .

Hes beddy/whippet collie/grehound x beddy/whippet/grey. 3
Good ferreting dog work any cover, imagine hed do well in the fells he tireless hunts up even if little about. But hes no runner, turns like a bus hes a lot heavier/stronger than he looks. Disappointed me on the lamp & hes a coward spat a cub out the other day caught by accident. So all in all a mixed bag and frustrates the hell out of me. Hes wifes best mate though so he's here for good and as a character I like him. Do more ferreting and day time mooching so cant complain really. Think hes chucked to the dam and collie maybe, I know the dad was good fox dog. Wanted him for a bit of everything but not to be, but was always rabbiting in mind when got him.
As for the terrier hes ace
Gaza he should be able to do a tight turn especially with the colly in him i would have him checked out by a canine physio if he carnt do reds then to me hes no coward as yet not up to it,atb My hounds

Same scenarios where i live Bird i have been on both sides my Deerhound pup(sadly not with me now) would bound up to other dogs to play "but" on each occasion i was caught out "and" each time i attempted to get the dog under control and on the lead and apologise plus yes i have shouted the classic line "he only wants to play",also had it with cyclists not letting me know they are coming. The Deerhound pup i have just got no scenarios as yet but they will come but what gets me i will apologise etc to other dog owners but when other twats dogs do the same and are a bit aggressive blank faces and no sorry nothing untill i mention i will kick their dog if it comes at mine again. At 63 over the years i have come across all breeds and as we all know the amount of dog owners now has well increased but only a few are willing to learn so to speak, also now near me more dogs are in rescue or with dog walkers/trainers with dogs suffering from separation anxiety.Atb

This is what I used to use when I had a massive ferret court/dog run. Very good and not over expensive.
Cheers, D.

From a humans perspective my mate has had it for a few years now he has GOT to be strict with his medication and a number of times he has ended up in hospital and needed an injection to keep him alive. So to me i would have the dog PTS let the breeder know whats in their line and dont be persuaded by vets medication wise more so if theres insuance involved they want to make money.atb.
