    hey fece hopper you can talk..... did you ever learn how to house train that dog and did your mammy ever collect that irish hound for you??? and its Ireland not Irland pall....... oh and thanks for the advice!!! im off now...hope the night goes well as have a 6 mile walk to the permisson Brian

    sory mate i only have one place that i can hunt with permisson and when the farmer rings i go simple as...., i have a tough job trying to leave rabbits on the land!!! we allready remove over 90 since september and havent been out since the start of march!!!!! not to mention the fox taken..... and we signed into a contract for the permission......... thanks for the advice

    jus waiting for it to get dark and going tajing my pup out for his first nights work..... hes been out watching mates dogs a few times..... do you think he will cop on to the hole chasing bunnies crack??? and is there any particular advice as this is the first pup iv reared myself.... Brian

    just looking for some advice on my 5 and a half month pup.... the way my grandfather always entered hes dogs was when he thought they could do the job.... well i planned on entering my pup at about 8 months but he all ready has caught a rabbit by himself while out lamping at 4 months.... (and i only took him for the exercise before some of you start attacking me!) but he is always eager to give chase when he sees a bunny on our walks..... what do you lot think?? i dont do much during summer not even once a fortnight.... should i give him a run or two???

    ya sorry mate it keeps telling me its uploaded put then no picture!! but still i was delighted as hes only 5 months and only took him so he could get a look in before next seson... was proud as anything when he stopped up while following an older dog to pick up a silly rabbit that didnt even feel like moving!!!

    out for pups first night of lamp training and last night of the season last night heres my pup and the rabbit he caught when he was following the other dogs.......

    did you get rid of them mate?? ill take them if ypour willing to post to ireland!! im mad to start up the bit of ferreting.... went half on a hob and jill the other day with me mate.... goin start em from scratch

    what bait do you recommend for rats? iv tryed raw meet its not worked yet.... any recomendations on where to place the trap also???

    Been reading alot about this brittish comp and was wundering is there one for us?? if so who is organising it? whens it starting?? and how can my friend enter hes dog as mine isnt old enough yet... atb BRIAN

    made it myself its a lamp i got from my mechanic uncle... put a quartz halogen bulb in.... removed the transformer box tingy wired a swith and hooked it up to a lawnmower battery (which weighs a f##king tonne)...... so now its a very powerful lamp with an enormously wide beam

    hey my mates gotten a light off a toyota corolla wich has a real good beam... but how in gods name do we wire it to a battery??? any replies be appreciated!!! weve no lamp at the minute so this is just for the must do nights to keep his permission untill next summer

    my four month pup 19" tts and i been told he goin to make good size.... even if he dosent he will still have to take fox..... not enough rabbits around to work our dogs down here.... ive been told long road walks to muscle him up..... also mostly about hart and drive......... best of luck with the pup ms sounder

    oright thanks deer off the menu so wasnt clear on the fox law!! good job too the amount fox around unbelievable!! nt many rabbits in tipp tho....
