Hi mate, one of the best ways to get experience in Falconry and Birds of prey in general in voluntary work, is it a centre you are going out hunting with? if so its maybe worth asking them if they are looking for any weekend help, alot of them are glad of it, be prepared to start at the bottom though mucking out cleaning etc it wont all be flying and handling birds but what you will pick up along the way will amaze you, there are other things you may want to consider aswell such as the LANTRA beggining falconry award which if a complete novice will give you a sound knowlege base on general bir
  7. hi there I am very interested in falconry and always have been and have finally been given the chance to go out on a days hunting with a harris hawk which was a christmas present and am looking forward to going. I would be very helpful if anyone could give me advice on getting into falconry and how i go about it and if there is any other advice any of use could give me it would be very grateful
  8. i agree with you that the land rover 90s are the best 4x4 however my dad did have at one point a izuzu trooper at one point and i got to say they are a good 4x4 and lasted for ages but i agree some of them are crap.
