lol @ borderboy reminds me of when a farmer whios land i have permission on decided to show me how he gets rid of rats he got a blue gas canister put the hose down the holes and turned it on left it 5 minutes then switched it off carried it away and used a stick with a burning rag on to set fire to it. Big bang no rats lol lol lol lol

It is a very sad day indeed. We actually got off very lightly in terms of casualties, it could have been alot worse. Fortunately, the stations they attacked were very close to major hospitals.
It is still unclear if they were suicide bombers or just bombs planted on the trains, however most trains exploded after entering the tunnel for 100 yards. I suspect that the explosive they used was "home made" and not military c4,c3, semtex. looking at bbc photo's( especially the bus)
I have many questions relating to this attack?
1. why did they plant the bomb on top of the bus? Surely maximun damage if on ground level?
2. Why did they choose the stations they did?
3.Why attack in the morning, the hospitals are generally quiter than in peak afternoon traffic?Most operations take place in the afternoon, creates doctor shortages/surgeons ect..
4. If late afternoon, it would be harder to evacuate and would require additional equipment like torches, generators ect and would take longer.
5.Worldwide live coverage throughout most continents,exhausting telelcom provders, internet capabilities ect like 911. -more disruption
I can go on and on, but surely the point of a terrorist attack to create devastation, deaths, fear, bring down the world indices on stockmarkets,futures and deriviatives ?
My condolences goes out to all, but I am sorry to say that this attack does not look like the hallmarks of Al-qaida or ETA who did the Madrid's bombing.

Im probably being stupid( i usually am) but my dad has anil gun with an air compressor on i had a look at the gauge on it and it goes up to 230 psi or about 16 bar im guessing theres no way i could use this to charge my s400 up is there??
if so it can save me a bit of money :friends:

Well my new air arms s400 classic arrived this morning after zeroing it in this afternoon went out for a mooch this evening had one rabbit one leveret which i though was a rabbit and a jay
now for the stressfull part i was crawling along on my stomache stalking this rabbit when i heard what i thought was thunder i looked up to see 20 bullocks running towards me. i jumped up and ran towards the electric fence went to jump it and caught my f*****g bolloxs on it. landed the other side writhing in pain. so you see i may only of had 2 rabbits and a jay but i think i worked hard enough for them

The o/u is a Baikal IJ-27, same as mine, same variant too ( DT, NE)
Baikal s/s 12bore (same as the o/u im not sure of the exact model)
The SxS is an IZH-43, although I think it is a discontinued variant because I can't find it on their website.

very true woodga id rather have a cheap gun that im not to worried if it scratched or dirty than a gun thats costs me thousands and im scared to take it out incase i damage it

Well im gonna be in a bad mood for a while. i dont know wether anyone remebers but last season i put up a post about taking a lad and his harris hawk out ot get it started i took im on our ferreting permission and taught him how to ferret and gave the hawk some easy rabbits. well i just went for a walk round my permission to see whats going on and i saw him his hawk and 3 others turned out they were flying the hawk at pheasants. well i went up and told the farmer what was happenin and was told hed given them permission to do it so i told the farmer to stick his permission and that i wouldnt be ferreting it or shooting it again.
