    yes I agree with you on that mate theres far too much untested shite going around thats right so!! but if your not wanting to buy leave the lad sell his pups in peace if he cant sell them at that price that tells you theres no market for them and he'll not be long bringing the price down and then you can say told ye so if thats your thing lol

    if your happy going out on your own and getting little or nothing thats your choice a lot of lads is like this there lurcher is 90% pet and 10% working dog they maybe have a walk round a few fields on a saturday or lamp it a couple of nights a week and there happy whatever they come home with as long as its not injuries lol theres nothing wrong with this if its what you want to do and its got nothing to with with wheather you like to do it on your own or with mates, but if your dogs shit you will get less slaggings off if your hunting alone lol. but a lot of lads want a good dog that is tested

    theres a lot of factors goes into a hare being good or strong if its living on open land it will have to have its wits about it at all times its got no cover to hide in, if its on a rich and varied diet from all the different crops it will be in good order and fit for giving a dog a lung tester. if the hares get ran regular they get wise to a dog as well as fitter. if the ground is vast and open you get to see what the dog and the hare are really about. hares are clever animals they use gates...fences....dips in the field.....dykes....ditches you name it to dodge the dogs attempts to catch it.
