  2. Get stuck in mate, you would be suprised how quick stuff bolts with a quiet approach from bad spots.Av bolted foxes from real big rock piles and sand earths that you would class as undiggable and found rabbits no different.Sometimes the little one eyed spots are the worst!
  3. I use both week in week out up the dales and prefer the big strong hobs, you have too dig more but the buggers bolt at some pace when the big lads get behind them.Whether this has any bearing on this or not i don,t know but i only feed mine on rabbit heads and front ends, mine will kill in no time but will come away after a while if they cannot get too a rabbits head.Food for thought?
  4. IN MY OPINION BADGEROY THE SIRE SHOULD ALWAYS BE THE WORKER.BETTER PUTTING A WORKING BEDLINGTON OVER A TRACK DOG THANK OTHER WAY ROUND.
  5. Got 2 beddie crosses myself one is a quarter airedale,i've found they can be hard to train because they can be very head strong but both of mine have bottomless stamina and best marking dogs i have ever seen.Very rarely get injured and i run them over very rough dales ground.dont catch piles of hares but plenty of effort and good coures too watch[pre ban].There a good little dog but not everyones cup of tea.Mine can be seen in earth dog mag no.161 page 8.
