    the only problum with irish dogs running on the fen is the put top speed to go to the hare on its first run after that the the copon to pace themselfs ive seen this happen .. irish dogs try to jump dikes and wind themselfs back hear the hare has more of a chance to get away i seen spendles run on the fen and took her time getting to the hare the point i am makeing when willie tough came back to ireland the same bitch kiled hares fast with speed very tight on them so english dog would kill hares hear we run on grass that is a coushen in itself. the run on stone ive seen english dog
