    Sorry forgot to add that bit YES IS THE ANSWER.. it could be easy to get two pellets up the barrel or forgeting it might be loaded. Thats the downfall of using the hidden button but as long as you can understand how it works and what it does you will be fine. It is very handy in the right hands ! If you know what I mean.     If you look along the bottom of the slot that the cocking mechanism slides in (requires pulling the lever out to see it), you will see a button. Move the lever arm so that the part attached to it is over the top of the button, and then pull the trigger. This will then decock the gun without firing it Just in case it helps a bit Thanks Steve Image below.

    Thats what "he" said mate but apparently the test time is going to be extended on some bottles. I will know more on Thursday when I go for the bottle. But I am over the moon...The price I paid is no more or less than some are wanting for smaller second hand bottles. Thanks again Steve

    After days of searching around the internet on auction sites and on forums to try and find myself a decent Air tank for my new PCP I did the obvious and rang the local place where supplies and re-tests cylinders. They have sold me this bottle its a 8L 300 bar bottle that is as new ( this is its first fill they did ) They have charged me £150 but it is a carbon wrapped bottle and is ultra light "Just what I wanted". I have left my other 9L 300 bar carbon bottle with them and they say they will charge £24 to re-test it which I do not think that is out the way, seems I managed to buy t

    I am pleased that they come with good reviews. I appreciate the comments regarding the HW100 Been looking at the diffrent models and hey!!! Whats the one I have ? is it a KT ? maybe.. Just ordered a good quality padded slip and now all I need is a set of swivell mounts for this gun a decent strap and another spare charging tank 9L + Then I will be happy. Well maybe a spare weihrauch hw100 air cylinder to fit the gun Then I will be extra happy...LOL Thanks again Steve

    I am over the moon as it seems like I have AT LAST made a good decision. I am actually just reading about the pellets that this rifle likes. I have been told from a few people and read similar that Air Arms Diabolo Field .177 are a good choice. Hope thats right cos I have just ordered another 1000... I feel another DVD coming on....Maybe Rabbit Shooting Using the HW100 LOL..

    Well after a week of making the wrong decisions !!!! I began with a HW80 a while ago but wanted something a bit more noise free I decided to buy a FX cyclone It was Ok really but after the first day I found it a little long to manoeuvre in and out my little Suzuki Jimny window when Rabbit shooting. The first night I brought it back after a few shots I re filled it with air and low and behold the next morning it was empty. ( leaking ) I had a quick look at it and decided bo**ocks with it, I have not got the time to play around with it. So I bit the bullet and went and bought a New HW100

    I am looking for a really good Weihrauch HW100 Carbine "Thumbhole stock Preferred" In an Ideal world I would like the pump, spare mags gun bag, decent scope etc...etc.... ( More or less every thing I would ever need without having to look for the extras at a later date ) I am looking for something that has not had a hard life and works perfectly as it should with no faults with the operation. I need something that is reliable and consistent whilst shooting. Once again I would prefer a rifle in a .177 but would consider a .22 if the price is right. I am in the north east just outside Newc
