  1. i am feeding her on a dry puppy food. i see everyone is saying raw or cooked meat how much of it do you feed? sorry to keep this topice going but i just want whats best for her
  2. well i have had 2 suggestion on beta and 2 on keepers mix, what one do i try? i am new to all this
  3. From about 6 months I would be switching to a raw diet if possible (and none of that veggie stuff - they can get that from rabbit guts if they need it). Check the labels, you need to be looking for decent amount of meat content, low (or no) grains. . gluten free. You don't need stupidly high protein levels or a large breed food. . steady, natural growth is preferable to accelerated. Hills is, imo, overpriced. Bakers, again imo, has too many additives (just look at the pretty colours ). I've had (and heard of) reasonable results with Chum complete puppy, IAM's puppy, BETA, Purina, Kirkl

  5. Hi everyone, i have a 7 month old lucrher which i have been feeding her on Bakers not sure if thats good or not? i was advised by the vet to try her on Hills-Science Plan large puppy breed but she didnt take to it at all. i would like to keep her on dry food any advise
  6. ideal thats what you want, mine lives outside too,i just hope mine takes too the lamp that easy. have they had any big game?
  7. yes nice dogs mate. how hold are they? yes very good they are sat in almost same van. i take her to work with me alot as alot of my work is done on farms she likes the outdoors. how do you find training them?

  9. hi everyone, this is my 4 month old jack. could anyone tell how big he would get as i bought him under the impression he is not going to be a short leg type. i can say that parents did not look like they were short leg type. but looking at this little fella im not sure maybe its just me and because he is still young. give me your suggestion cheers justin
  10. hi to everyone, i am new to the site so far so good. i have a 7 month old bedlington/greyhound which i am training well trying. also i have a 4 month old jack russel which i will also be training. any advise on training would be nice as i am new to all this but very keen to get these dogs well trained and hunting. thanks justin

Hi to everyone im new on here, i have a bedlington/greyhound she is 6 1/2 months old.i take her for a nice walk everyday sometimes where there are small game and then other days in a open field with nothing. she doesnt show sings of interest like with her head up looking but more with her head down more interested in sniffing other dogs scent. dont get me wrong she is a cracking dog she can run i mean run for her age.this is the first lurcher i gave had and i have found her brilliant to train for the simple commands.compaired to my terriers. so anyone got any ideas or sugestion
