Hi i recently perchased a bullx dog off of my mate he was mainly used for red coats but i wanted him mainly for rabbits/ferreting and the odd long ears. I have taken him out a couple of times lamping on my permission and he goes off like a bull in a china shop through hedges and anything else that stands in his way to get a rabbit he is stupidly quick to, is this normal for a bullx or have i bitten off more than i can chew so to speak? Thanks for your help

Hi just a few photos of my bullx he is my first lurcher so im still learning at the moment he is 18m old 26tts his sire and dam were both 3/4 1/4 out of J Smith lines who ever that is what do you think? Thanks for looking

first of all i would like to say well done for you taking the dog on i am well on with Border Lad on this one it is a very flighty type not much lung room so a 3/4grey 1/4 collie possible but even if it is that way crossed he has took more to the grey but your happy your mates happy what does it matter All The Best with your new friend Smart Dog Thanks very much if he were a full greyhound will he still be ok for rabbits and possibly mr long ears?

my opinion, the dog is very light boned it could even be a full bred greyhound, but again I can only look back on my dogs over the past years collie xs so come on all you collie x owners have a look and give an opinion, interesting to see other peoples views, I would like to see more of the feet to see if they are long and crappy like the greyhound or small and boxed like the collie but if push came to shove, I'd say 3/4. Only pic i have sorry thanks for you opinion.

Thanks for your reply but what does3/4 7/8 mean exactly sorry to be a pain. 3/4= 3/4 greyhound 1/4 collie, 7/8 greyhound 1/8 collie. Thanks buddy
