  1. That's a really nice looking female, Staffman.
This is a very beautiful bitch! She looks to be right up my alley, very athletic. Add some working ability, KC paperwork to that and I'm ready to roar. Thank you for all your replies. You are being very helpful. I'm leaving for Japan for three weeks tomorrow, but please keep the replies coming. I'll be back as soon as I'm home.
  3. That's what I'm afraid of. I refuse to get a shite one! Lot's of people breeding working staffs don't KC register them, and I see why they wouldn't bother. I know Ghostlyease does though. I'm willing to import from Australia too if it comes to that. There are a few countries where I can import a pup under 12 weeks, and both UK and Australia is possible. I want a young pup. It is really too bad if it is really hard for dog fanciers to get a hold of a quality working staff, it really goes to show that the breed is quickly going down the drain. Too sad as they are a great breed in their origi
  4. I have been in contact with Ghostlyease. We'll see what happens there. Where did you get these dogs? Were they KC registered? That is also an issue with importing a dog to Norway (which I'll have to end up doing) because of the breed bans against other breeds, the pup has to be KC registered. STBs can also be dog aggessive. But I can handle that. It would be a plus that the dog doesn't want to kill every single dog it sees though. Thank you for all the replies so far!
  5. Hi all I read the article on Hunting Staffords on the main page with interest, and was hoping to get more info on them as I am looking for a new dog. It will not be hunted, but worked in agility, obedience and weightpull. The show staffs just don't have what I need in a working dog and Pit Bulls are banned in Norway. I have enough experience in dogs to know what I want, and I don't want to waste my time and money on a cull. Show staffs neither have the temperament I am looking for, or the physique of a working dog. I want stamina, grit, trainability, wind and everything that makes up a good
  6. Hi all! I'm Mari and I'm residing in Norway. I don't hunt myself, but I was raised in a hunting home, so I am not unfamiliar with the concept. Right now I am looking for a new dog, and I'm hoping you can help me find a good working dog. It will not be hunted, but worked in other areas. Specifically I am looking for a working Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and i read the article about hunting Staffords on the main page with grat interest. I'll post a seperate thread on the subject. So hi all! Mari
