Hi! Just bagged myself a pheasant today. The problem is I go on holiday after work today for 5/6 days. Should I hang it in the fridge and deal with it when I get back? Or freeze it? I've heard people say you hsould hang them outside but the weather's warm at the moment and I don't like the idea of leaving it for the flies. Cheers!
