  1. Would have thought they would be a decent dog, bit bigger than the 3/4 mix with a Greyhound though!
  2. Fine looking dog there David, and by the looks of it not a bad pot filler either!
  3. Thanks David, I'm hoping to have some good fun out in the field with her next year, first time for this cross for me but from what I've heard and read, hopefully she'll be a good all rounder!
  4. Thanks Pottyboots, i'll make sure I add some when she's a bit older!
  5. 3/4 Greyound 1/8 Beardie 1/8 Border
  6. I've PM'd him today as well, no reply as yet, his post bout his dogs says he's having a ruff time, maybe why he hasn't got back yet?
  7. Anyone got contact details for RN-Rabbit Control, I'm intrested in seeing if he has any pups left, please PM me his details if you have them. Thanks

  9. Nice looking dog mate, when you say 'straight half x parents' does that mean he's out of a 1st cross bull/greyound to a first cross saluki/greyhound?
  10. Going to have a look at some 3/4 bull/greyhound x saluki greyhound pups, the guy selling them is Roy Pickles from Trawden near Colne,I spoke to him on the phone and he seems a nice genuine guy, anybody have experience of his dogs? feedback would be appreciated.
  11. Thanks Sambam, I've had a look at him, he's a lovely looking dog, just the right size not to thick, he looks the business, I let you know how I get on when I view the dogs tomorrow, maybe i'll put a pic up if a buy one.
  12. Thanks for all your replies lads, can't seem to find the stud dog section....can anyone point me in the right direction?
  13. Thanks for your replies Chester & Sambam, do you find that they train ok, the reason I ask this as some people say that the bullx can be a little numb, my old dog would come back on command and retrieve to hand and she was 3/4 bull cross, I'm not after an obedience class winner, just something thats a pleasure to own and I can train to a reasonable level. And do they do the red ones?
  14. Just looking for honest opinions, my 3/4 bull cross sadly had to put to sleep last year, I'm looking for a new pup now and I'm off to see some 3/4 Bull/Greyhound X Saluki/Greyhound tomorrow, what's your opinion of this type of breeding, I'm not after a world beater, I like a dog for a bit of lamping, maybe the odd long ear and reynard, but more often than not a daytime mooch out in the fields, my last dog was ideal for me, I spent a lot of time with her when she was you and she would retrieve back to hand, but with the bull side of her she could be a bit heavy mouthed.
