    I raise my own mice to feed to the ferrets. The colony isn't self sufficient yet- well not enough to actually FEED six ferrets; just gives them a good treat once or twice a week. But maybe in a couple months that will turn around. Just had almost 40 pups born so far this month and more does due to whelp this week! I've tried setting out live traps for mice in the barn, but so far, the barn mice are too smart. The live traps I set in the house to catch the escaped mice, well the domestic mice are very willing to walk into the trap! Mice are very nutritious for ferrets! Cheers, Kim

    piking up a we 9 week old jill poley tomorow .... been over the feelds today got a few we mouse traps set get her a we live toy ..let her chase them about the run..... my other ferrets love them lol run about fighting over them ...anybody else give ther ferrets mice...

    You don't appear to be listening mate.Don't use ferrets on rats,you will get them injured and feck them up for rabbiting. you dont apear to be listning mate i asked what sort of places wouid i go ratting i no the risks on the ferret... f**k sake you can lose a terrier to fox down a hole disny stop people putin them doon ther...so does anybody no what sort of places is best for ratting....

    my first ferret was wild when i first got him he wouid bite and not let go same with my arms he wouid just run up you and sink his teeth were ever he couid lol.. but al they need is a bit of time its a bit ruf on the hands [bANNED TEXT] enough but they come around... im going to pick up a new kit on saterday so il probly have the same problem again lol

    is ther any chance of the ferrets catching anything of the rats .....like whees diseas or wit ever its called... and weres the best place to find the rats a dump ur sumthing

    whats the best way to cleen them just sopy water then a bit of soda creem ... soda creem done the trik after my 2 poleys wer fighting wan hid a big hole on the back of his neck ...

    new to this hunting ... got 2 poleys and 2 albino dnt no how to go about hunting the rats ...ive dun the rabbitng want to try out doing rats ...but dont no were 2 start whats the best places to do this any body any ideas ... cheers
