    Didn't read all the comments but it can be European real estate, maybe. But not 1 mln much less. Micro-apartments or student rooms. Just acquire ownership of a real estate and receive an income by renting it out. When making such investments, it’s good to focus on owning the property for at least 5 years, while the yield runs at 3-5% per annum. It work for property in Germany, for example. The risks in this case are minimal.
