My thoughts exactly. I also done a quick Google, and there has been many very similar things done before. Maybe the parents came across something on the net, and said "that would be nice for their little lad". But seriously, is there any need for it? They surely have family and friends that could send some cards. Why ask strangers to do it. I wouldn't. I think the same but I am doing all right at the moment so may even send a little gift. Although reading these posts part of me now thinks it could be a scam, the gift might be smaller. I guess the difference between cards from rando
