Where do you guys get your rabbit snares from? On one of my permissions I have ferreted/long netted and shot constantly over the colder months but have been ask to get the numbers down again Went to try shoot a couple the other evening and they seem very wary Any tips on snaring them ? Or any other suggestions on getting the numbers down Regards Compo21

Today at work I was clearing out a disused shed and found a tsl cattapult seems to be in good condition looks to be cast alliminium? I asked the land owner about it and he said he has no idea about it and aloud me to have it I don't know anything about shooting cattapults but would like to start what bands to I need for it? Any help is appreciated

Ferrets now have a new home

Due to starting a new job I currently do not have enough time for them and it's not fair, Also comes with a two teir hutch with small hole in the side where i use to connect it to their large run, The Gill is around 5-6 years old polecat and the hob around 10 months old sandy coloured

Thanks for the advise guys I think it will be worth applying for a higher calibre as I do want to move onto shooting foxes and muntjac, had my first fox in September with the my friends 243 out lamping and a muntjac the following morning.

Okay thanks mate, I've got a massive farm to shoot on so will be big enough to cover a 22lr a friend has a 243 on this peice of land

I've just recently turnt 21 and want to make the next step in shooting I have been shooting shotguns for around 5 years now and want to move onto a a rifle, What would you guys recommend me getting will be using it for shooting rabbits so a 22? Cheers Compo21

Who uses snap caps when storing their shotguns? Heard differences of opinions in using them so wanted to know what you guys had to say Cheers Compo21

I only had 500mg tablets but I didn't use the whole cabsel as I thought it might be too much for him so I used about half mixed in with a small amount of mince so he would eat it all at once and after 3-4 days I noticed a big difference and its all cleared up now Compo21

Cheers for the advice I have a O/U 12 bore and have been shooting couple of seasons now, I have also shot a semi auto plenty of times it was a hatsan escort its comfortable enough to shoot and have had success with it on the pigeons, However the amount of times my friend has had it jam up on him makes me want to get a better quality of gun

My 1 year old hob has a small lump under his chin/throat area, I think it's where I introduced A new Jill into the run they had a good scrap. Could it be from where the Jill hand him by the neck as I can see small puncture wounds. How's best to treat it or is it a vets job?
