bramble

Recommended Posts

Hi i have not done much air rifle shooting, so my question is which would be best for rabbit shooting. springer or precharged and what make. Ive been asked to clear bunnies from several paddocks, normally i use a 410 or 20g but have been asked not to because of horses, any suggestions would be grateful. also what scope

if its not your first time with a gun then go for PC as they have less recoil and easy to shoot. ion the other hand springersare cheaper and for close to mid range work thwe are fine. its all down tio personal choice. for anything over 25 yards i'd say a PC but if your good shot a springer will be fine.

i would go pcp mate they dont mind the pcp i shoot in same field with horses they dont mind it but fire a springer there off big time ...

you want a pure hunting tool .. how much you got to spend ?????

scope wise as your new air rifle shooting id go for hawk map range that way you can down load there softwear to help you ...

no it didnt , it was one of the first very early model's.. i did some awsome shots with that gun, but one day it wanted a piece of me :) and got it. :( i threw it in the river after that. even bear trap's can fail so always hold the under lever when putting a slug in the gun . or you wont be playin the banjo no more. :D;)

in keep it pointed upwards when loading and when in a vehicle make shure its stopped before loading cos if the car bounces on a rabbit hole or somthing and the under lever hits the door am nackered

I get told this 20 odd times when i borrow his gun :big_boss:
