A muzzleloader. Legal or illegal for ducks in England?

I have only seen law pertaining to cartridges and non toxic shot.

Can someone quote the law that shows muzzle-loaders have to also use non toxic shot?

This is the legislation .

http://www.hmso.gov....03/20032512.htm

Although it mentions cartridges with lead shot , it also mentions lead shot .

As far as I am aware it would not be legal for lead to be shot at wildfowl in England from any gun even if it is a muzzle loader.

By the way UD I was most disappointed to see a picture of you on here with a PCP  :whistling: hope you have not sold that 97.
