Has anyone got any "different" ideas for cooking pigeon breast? :blink:

 

Slow cook in red wine sauce, serve on a bed of wild rice and garnish with fresh golden fried chips ( or parsley if you're posh),swill down with at least 15 pints of stella, and a good hard s**g for afters!

The business mate! As an alternative, pop down to your local KFC and buy the biggest,greasiest bucket you can afford ( you'll probably need it after the amount of meat you will get off a pigeon breast) Happy munching mate!
