Making own lamp

Recommended Posts

Im in the middle of making my own lamp... To mount on the scope and be hand held.

Ive just about got the electrics sorted but just a couple of questions.

What could i use for the body of my lamp, it has to be able to be mounted on a scope so i was thinking 1inch plastic pipe...

Also what would be the best bulb to use to give me plenty of light(im putting a variable resistor in so i can dim the light for shooting) The battery im going to is a 12V 2.4AH/20Hr sealed lead.

Cheers paddy ;)
