Yardley Chase Shoot 0
Perhaps try a local food manufacturing firm who make jams or chutneys if there is one near you. They often have food grade barrels for between £2 and £3.50 each for 45 gallon drums. we are designing and manufacturing a stand for drums this size for next season. I'll send you a picyure when the prototype is up and running. Kind regards Douglas Quote Link to post
spanj 11
Thanks Rod, but I really want some with decent lids, similar to picture. webber yes, thats what we were getting but obviously had to make/add the legs and spring.only bad thing was the deer can push them over which resulted on the lid popping off plus the squirrels chew at the lids.there is a company that supply the drums too.il try find you the contact details. We fence our feeders in for precisely this reason, also use metal drums cos squirrels chewed the plastic lids through Quote Link to post
