snipper 0
Hi, After looking for a diving tank to fill up my pre-charge I have been told that for an 7litre 300 bar I need to pay an extra £50 for it at the diving shop as it uses a different valve system to a normal divers tank, is this a load of rubbish or is there some truth in the matter? as i cant seem to recall seeing any specific shooting tanks. and surely if i got a normal divers tank i can buy an adapter a lot cheaper than 50quid??? thanks Quote Link to post
Guest buster321c
http://www.deepblueshooting.com/department...ng/50282/page/2 Or you can look on the various airgun sites. So what your sayin is you gotta buy the bottle and the valve , is it new ? how much ? size ?with test ? Quote Link to post
Guest Scuba1
The 300 bar tank has 2 threads more in length on the "Din Valve " as opposed to the 200 0r 234 bar tank. But the 200 bar thread will fit in there as well. So its a load of oblocks. They are just trying to get some more cash out of you. If you want, I can take a photo of a 300 bar filling adaptor ina 200 bar tank valve and the same thing in a 300 bar. No probs HTH Michael Edited April 26, 2009 by Scuba1 Quote Link to post
