Guest Scuba1
Sooner or later I want to go down the NV add on route, but I will need a new scope for that as mine has no Parallax adjustment. I am thinking of spending around about 150£ for a new one. It has to be IR and mill dot and a minimum magnnification of 4 X 9 . Soooooo what would you suggest as I am a bit lost on the UK market in that respect and I don't want to buy on the Interweb as there are enough shops going bust. ATB Michael Quote Link to post

half n' half 8
if you're looking a NV add on then you should get a scope with side px adjustment, its much easier to use than front px. something like an AGS SWAT 4-16x56 with IR and mildot ret. Quote Link to post

tynoprime 0
The SWAT's are fantastic scopes, had a chance to use my mates one and the only thing that beat it was my brothers Nikko Stirling Diamond . Let me know how you get on with the Hawke. Is the Nite-eye not a 30/30? Edited April 21, 2009 by tynoprime Quote Link to post

Hope you get on well with it. So do I. as far as the side parallax adjustment goes. Me being an old photographer, I am used to using my left hand to do all the twisty bits that need to be done on a camera objective and that way I can leave my right hand in the right place as the rifle is supported on the bipod. Well that was my line of thought anyway and I'll give it a go. ATB Michael Quote Link to post
