TommyL 0
i have a webley xocet .22 and was using last night.I broke the barrell put the pellet in and thought i had closed the barrell but it was not shut. When i fired there was a bit of a flash as i think the oil in the barrell had ignited. Basically, my gun is still fine but should i put a drop of oil into the barrel? And has this done any lasting damage to the rifle? tommy Quote Link to post
Guest sushie
I wouldnt put any oil down the barrel and definately dont put oil in the main cylinder otherwise you will get deseiling which will f**k the piston seals up and you wont be able to hit anything! Quote Link to post
