ACES all breed dog activity day, Lure racing & more

Recommended Posts

Well what can we get up to at this ACES day.

We will be doing the regular 50 meter timed runs for pups, newbies & inexperienced and the 100 meter timed runs for adults, dogs will get 2 runs each.

There are three challenges taking place this meeting, 2 speed pull challenges, Dolly V Brindle & Ripley V Quest, this will be 1/2 the dogs body weight pulled as quickly as possible over 30 meters, we also have a 150 meter challenge between Brynn and Genie  Gonna be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the challenges we will be doing the group 50 meter timed runs for pups, newbies & inexperienced, afterwards we will do the group runs for the adults (please note dogs can run singly if owners would like, you will be asked when registering) dogs are grouped by times, not breed or size, muzzles must be worn, a certain number can be borrowed from ACES, dogs should get 2 runs each.

If that wasnt enough for you all we shall be breaking in the rail and cart weight pull and tug of war for the rest of the day! I know we gonna have to be on the ball for this one hey, lol Just glad the days have more daylight in now..................... A massive thank you to Bev and Wally for selling us this outstanding piece of equipment.

£5 per dog, under 12 months old enter the 50 meters for free, if owners wish pups of 6 - 12 months to run the 100 meters then a £5 fee is payable, use of the A-Frame and mill is included in the price, dogs are required to be either crated or in the secure holding area while dogs are running for their own safety.
