craigyboy 1,274
canario Do you think that this chap crossed to a greyhound would make a good foxing dog? there to heavy the greyhound blood wont dilute it thats true but i have seen some irema curto dogs from john young's stuff or raptor kennels, they look alot like 5/8 3/8 bull grey. I have a couple and a cross, one from barnacan bull line((brindle) a crosby mastiff (fawn one) with heavy irema curto blood. they do not have the stamina of the bull terriers especially the barancan bull lines (in general), they are more explosive with short bursts of power rather than prolonged bouts of exertion of the bulls probably infused from the fighting ancestrey. I personally would not consider this cross (barnacan bull anyway) as they would take longer to mature than bull or collie x and they dont have any advantage over the bull or collie x's in respect to our legal quarry. i have an akita cross presa (the black one)which out performs all my presas and is only a few paces behind my collie x. nice dogs matecredit to you,i cant see you getting robbed somehow Quote Link to post
