Tis TM 8 Posted March 23, 2009 Report Share Posted March 23, 2009 Picked up the larsen from my bro' this morning, and a call bird from a friend, and set the trap about an hour ago. Just walked down to see the horses, and already there were 2 "visitors" sitting ontop the trap... I've been setting larsens for years now, but it still amazes me how quickly they work. Last year I caught magpies, somewhere in the mid 20's, just off my couple of acres, and that was over about 2 months. I intend to keep a proper tally this year, as its so easy to loose count... Hopefully I'll have my "first catch of the year" pics up later, and I might try and get a better video to put up on you tube!
