Guest Countryboyo
I had three hens until my staffy killed one last weekend while I was away and my father was supposed to be minding my birds. Anyway I decided to get four more and put them in the henhouse with the others at night. they seem to be fine at night but when i let them out they are constantly squabbling during the day. How long will this take to stop? and will it effect the birds laying? today is their second day together. Thanks! CB

Guest smelly nelly
If just introducing them at night does not work if your able to build a temporary run and house next to your excisting one, so they are able to see each other all the time and feed them on either side of the fence so when there feeding there close to each other, after about a week of this they should be used to each other and there should not be any major problems. Only needs to be temporary and not huge as only for a week so something just knocked together will be fine. good luck with it. Neil
