scoffed bunny

hi all,

 

i went out on tuesday and set my first fence wire of the year and some mole traps. when i checked out the wires in the morning i had a few catches but one had been eaten. not uncommon i know but it was the front end rib cage on one side, heart lungs, front leg all of one shoulder and a bit of the other. the eyes were eaten out (i think by crows?) but there was bones eaten so think there was somthing else there aswell past expeiriance says that charlie would have scoffed pretty much the whole thing do you think it could be stoat/weasle. also as a point of note there are no reports of charlie in the area. surrounding keepers are normally on top of him because of the amount of game birds.
