lamping in watford area

Hi all, ive never been out lamping before but definately want to get into the sport. Is there anyone in and around the watford area that would be prepared to let me tag along sometime.i dont have dogs at preent ( waiting for the cat to die ! ). plenty of time on my hands due to lack of work. I know the local area quite well and plenty of good buuny holes.
