the bsa bullbarrel is a good gun but it looks heavy

Hi Tango, I have had a S10 Bull Barrel for year now, yes they are a tad on the heavy side but i can assure you that if you bought one, you would love it as much as I do and also Celticwar He really and i mean REALLY loves his one they are very well engineered bits of kit, and as long as you send it off to the Master, John Bowket it will be even better he gets more out of the rifle in FAC than even BSA can he has his own FAC regulators.

he would strip it down and take it back to its component parts he would then replace any silly factory parts which are not as good as his are, only the odd washer, and then rebuild it. he then puts through various pellets and find the best groupings at 50 yards and send you the the target sheet he used.

That would be the JB Blueprint, which frankly without they are not as sought after! I think it would be about £100 to FAC it but a Phone call to John and he would tell you how much. The factory says it can get 28ftlb out of a S10 but JB gets 34ftlbs

Cheers

The Caretaker

COULD I HAVE ANYBODYS VEIWS ON THE ABOVE AS IM THINKIN OF ONE,ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW THE FAC VERSIONS OUTPUT IN 22

hello mate,

I tune these standard S10,s to about 30FPE and they are very good rifles, the Bullbarrel does take it bit more hold due to the makeup of the gun and added weight, but once your on par with this rifle they are lush mate,, personally I think better than the very over priced Theobens,, but all to there own..
