MY FERRET KITS!

my ferret kits are 8 days old today, i havent open the box yet, so im wondering when it will be ok to do so? and what i need to do from now on, and how old they will be when they start eating meat and at what age are the colours visible?

It won't hurt to take a look now Ferreter, the Jill will start taking fresh meat to them anytime now, just make sure and take away any surplace they're not eating, Flys are a real problem from now on.

You'll be able to tell the colour in the next wk or so.

 

Just make sure you have plenty of food for them, they grow fast and will need it.

thanks for the advice i have a freezer full of hole cockerals and pigeons and loads of rabbits chests and livers etc

some jills are ok with u to touch the kits the next day some arnt

but i dont usually pick mine up till about 2-3 weeks old but u should be able to take alook now [bANNED TEXT]

i had a quick look tonight, i think theres about 6 i couldnt count them as they were all piled on top of each other, i took a picture ill post it later when ive put it on the computer.

could anyone give me an idea about colours of these kits, the hob was a albino he was bred from a pole cat and a albino and the jill is a sandy bred from a polecat and a sandy any one got any ideas, someone said i might get silvers
